Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness… Matt. 6:33
Go read it for yourself. It’s not gonna hurt you in any way. No way. Understanding it and applying it will bless you and get you rich. You got to read it.
A couple of years ago someone was telling me about his problems and more specific about his financial problems. It seemed to control his life, although he had money and had enough if he wanted to and if he could see it. I told him; “I’ll give you a cheque”. He was very surprised at this. He assumed me being in ministry that I had no money or something like that. But there he was wrong. It wasn’t about money. (He should have known) I took my bible and gave him the scripture of Matthew 6:33.
Now years later he is still complaining about his financial status. If I ask him if he applied the verse I gave him in his life he lookes questioning trying to remember what verse.
Let me be clear. You need to seek the Kingdom of God. It WILL solve your problems. It doens’t make problems go away. Problems will keep coming on your path. You will keep getting bills, you will be needing clothes, but … God is the one Who will take care of that. You can read the bible and you can read it. It’s your choice. You need to read it and just apply it in your life. Just like a doctor will give you medicine or a lawyer might give you some advice. In your benefit you will follow that advice, but Gods advice is much better then any other. You need to get it inside of you if you want it to work.
Jesus is telling you not to worry. To look for the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and … God WILL take care of you.
